Meditation means to close your eyes and look inside. It can only occur in peace and emptiness. Thus, at first we emphasize on emptying the years of stored toxics from the body.

The body has years of accumulated toxins welled-up in the bones that are not affected by muscle exercises or weight training. These toxins have crystallized in the form of blocked vital energy by stress and imbalance of both body and mind. What can one do?

Once the mind is at peace, you can use the mind to empty the welled-up toxics out of your body. Mind controls vital energy. No greater bliss exists than the feeling of directly releasing years and years of blocked toxics within the body, and by yourself with your own means!


While all our exercises are a form of detox in themselves, a more powerful method is our daily standing postures called Dongmaek (Toxic Removal Meditation) and Daejucheon (Connection to Universe Energy Meditation). Five or ten minutes a day, rejuvenates the senses and gives your mind that renewed vitality to make decisions timely, work contently, or just be at your best.
