Exactly three years have passed since the Breathing School was established. Students opened this school themselves. What is taught at the school? The school is where students learn how to breathe. Everyone can breathe without special effort. Then, why do they need to learn how to do it? The breathing taught at the school is not ordinary breathing. The breathing enables them to understand the Universe and to make their way towards it. In other words, as they sit down to breathe, they travel to the Universe. But we cannot do that by breathing normally.


This breathing is an unusual breathing, which requires consciousness. So, what is the use of breathing? By means of the breathing, we can stay healthy and maintain a sound body. Healthy bodies will help our soul search Seongye, the original home of human beings. At last, through their evolving we can carefully lead our souls, masters of our bodies, to Seongye.


At the Breathing School, students take Danjeon breathing as a method to use the energy of the Universe and Celestial Messages, the sayings of the Universe, as nourishment to help evolve their souls. The destination is the Universe. Danjeon breathing is the method of going there. The textbook is energy of the Universe and the reference book are the Celestial Messages. Although the means are the same to all, each student who sits and takes breaths one by one and travels to the Universe does so differently. Some students go lightly as if they are taking a walk with their friends. Some students go alone, separately. Some couples go, having quarrels over trifles. Some students go painfully with their spouses whipping them to keep them away from going there. Some students go with light steps without any load. Some students go laboriously with lots of burdens on their backs, in their hands, and on their shoulders. Some take a rest on the way some look around. Some fall down and rise again. Sometimes, they are unable to rise again...... The ways of going which students take are of a great variety. There are some people with the intention to get the help of others, as if leaning on a cane or riding on a wagon.


What the Master of the School does is to teach how to breathe easily and how to proceed easily. Although they are taught the easy ways, most students choose the difficult ones.
