When you are observing activities or people, make sure to watch as if you are enjoying a scenery. As you pass by, just think, "All is good, all is beautiful," or contrarily, "It's dirty." When someone comes to you and talks about something, just let it go and that is the end. But you accept it thoroughly. You get involved because you regard it as your business and you spend hours trying to resolve it. You don't need to act that way. Don't get involved in matters that are not your business.
Emotional problems, knowledge, birth, aging, sickness, dying, specific matters, philosophical problems - let them all flow by as if you are watching television. If one eagerly asserts his opinion, just say, "Oh, that seems to be correct." or "That doesn't seem right." and that will be enough. Don't respond at all, and that is enough.
There are those who do everything in the extreme like fighting a war. They say this is right or wrong even though they don't need to, and think continuously until they return home with a headache. Don't do that. Deal with what you can or just let it go. Don't get involved in every matter. When you listen to something, just listen as if it is flowing by.
Remain with a fully empty mind, and if a matter comes to be dealt with, then right at that moment deal with it. Don't be filled up all the time. Throw out everything and concentrate on your business.
