How does the mind evolve?

    The mind evolves through the development of spirituality. Spirituality is not

    developed if one lives a comfortable life in actuality, but is developed only through

    the suffering of normal hardships and by overcoming them.

    The more it develops, the more can one see the principle of the universe and as

    everything becomes clear, it becomes difficult for the person to commit a sin.

    As it is difficult to develop one’s spirituality through the principles of human beings,

    the Saints, up to the present time have left their writing as a basis of awakening

    through their various methods. But even though one may follow the methods they

    have written about, one still must perform one final exercise that can develop one’s

    spirituality, and that is training.
