그럼 어떻게 하면 힘이 될 수 있는가?
첫째는 ‘맑음’입니다. 맑음은 우주에서 가장 가치 있는 덕목입니다. 맑음은 영성靈性의 우열을 가리는 기준이기 때문입니다.
수련을 하다 보면 점차 맑아져서 나중에는 아주 투명한 상태, 모든 것이 다 들여다보이는 상태가 됩니다. 물도 맑은 물일 때 훤히 들여다보이고 흐린 물일 때는 아무것도 안 보이듯이 자신이 극도로 투명해지면 사물을 훤히 꿰뚫는 눈을 갖게 됩니다. 수련하면서 맑은 기운 으로 자신을 계속 갈고 닦다 보면 한없이 투명해져서 본질이 들여다보입니다.
맑아진 다음에는 누구에게나 힘이 됩니다. 수련을 통해 기운이 맑아지면 별다른 일을 하지 않아도 맑음 자체만으로도 힘이 됩니다. 하루에 열 사람과 전화 통화를 했다면 그 열 사람을 그 순간이라도 정화해 주는 것입니다. 맑음만으로도 선善을 베풀 수 있는 것입니다.
맑은 사람과 잠시 대화라도 하고 나면 괜히 가슴이 후련해지고 머리가 맑아집니다. 그래서 맑은 사람 주위에는 자꾸 사람이 모입니다. 가진 게 아무것도 없어도 맑은 사람이 만나자고 하면 반갑고 즐겁습니다. 아무리 돈이 많고 권력이 높아도 탁한 사람이 만나자고 하면 피하고 싶고요.

Then how can you be helpful?
The first is 'purity.' purity is the most worthy virtue in the Universe. That is because purity is the criterion to determine the rank of spirituality.
As you continue practising, you will gradually become purer and are eventually in a very transparent state where you will be able to penetrate everything. When water is clear, everything in the water can be seen, and when water is muddy, nothing can be seen. Likewise, if you become extremely transparent, you will have the eye to penetrate objects clearly. As you keep cultivating yourself with pure energy through practice, you will become infinitely transparent, and the essence will be seen.
After you become pure, you will be helpful to anyone. If your energy becomes pure through practice, your purity itself will be helpful to others, even though you do not do anything in particular. If you speak to ten people over the telephone in a day, you purify those ten people for the moment at least. That is to say; you can do good deeds by just being pure.
People feel their hearts are relieved and their heads cleared after talking with a pure person just for a minute. That is why people gather near pure people. If a pure person wants to see you, you will be glad and happy even if he/she is penniless. If an impure person wants to see you, no matter how much money or how high powered he/she is, you will want to avoid the person.
